大塚のサービスアパートメント Ⅰ

築４０年のビル一棟をフルリノベーションし、アジア人留学生向けサービスアパートメントへとリニューアルする計画。

経年変化の感じられるコンクリートの構造体は現し、そのなかに温かみのある光、素地の木材をそえることで再生させた。

窓のある採光面は光沢のあるファブリックで覆い、背面は左官仕上げとしている。

差し込む陽射しはその狭間で光が乱反射することでオーロラのような重層的な光のスクリーンがあらわれる。

ファブリックで覆われた照明光は自然光のような柔らかな光をもたらす。

天井あらわしの際、露出した設備配管が張り巡らされるが、その配管の扱い方を考えた。既存躯体の梁スリーブに着目し、

配線ルートを検証し、設備用モールを取り付けることで設備配管を構造体の梁のような表現として扱っている。

天井を走る配線モール上から家具のレイアウトに応じて照明光を配置した。

設備配管は構造体の梁のように見立てた表現とすることで、天井面を統一感の感じられる仕上げとなるよう意図した。
